Lara Worthington stuns in Marine Serre dress in rare mirror selfies

Lara Worthington has shared a series of rare selfies on social media, wearing a figure-hugging dress that fans have labelled “insane”.

She rarely shares candid shots on social media, preferring to use her Instagram page to showcase her professional work.

But Lara Worthington treated fans to a series of selfies on Thursday, causing a flurry of excitement from her 768,000 Instagram followers.

In the snaps, the 33-year-old can be seen wearing a figure-hugging dress from couture brand, Marine Serre.

The outfit featured an unusual design made up of panels featuring different prints. While some had a yellow stripe, others were plain black or were covered in blue crescents.

The mum-of-three wore her signature blonde bob loosely and appeared to be wearing natural-effect make up, captioning the snap with three fish emojis.

Naturally, the rare glimpse of Lara in what appears to be behind-the-scenes of a photo shoot has sent fans into a spin, with hundreds of comments flooding the images.

“You are so insanely beautiful,” one woman wrote.

“Beautiful as always Lara,” another said.

“How do you look THIS good?” someone else asked.

The words “stunning”, “beautiful”, and “unreal” also appeared a lot, along with scores of flame and heart eye emojis.

Recently, Lara stepped out in Bondi wearing another outfit that caught attention of fans.

The model, who is married to actor Sam Worthington, was out for a stroll in March rocking a stylish, and rather head scratching, get-up.

Wearing an all black ensemble, Lara’s midriff was on display in a pair of “G-string” pants, a garment deliberately designed to make it look like your underwear is on full display.

The risque trend originated in the ’90s and works by wearing a pair of low-hanging pants with a tiny G-string worn underneath and pulled up high to make the undies visible.

In recent times, the bold trend has been making a comeback, but with the undies string built into the design on purpose.

In Lara’s case, it seems she has taken the trend to the next level, wearing a pair of pants that have a dropped waist and then a cage-feature on the waist featuring strings and a fabric panel to make it appear as if her underwear was on show.

She then finished the look with a sheer black blouse that she wore tucked into the top of the pants.

Lara became a household name in 2006, when she was known as Lara Bingle, in the controversial “Where the bloody hell are ya?” Tourism Australia campaign which catapulted her to fame.
