WELL, this is one way to turn heads. Kim Kardashian has flashed her nipples — and a pair of Spanx — in an awkward see-through plastic pink dress.

KIM Kardashian has turned heads as only a Kardashian can, flashing her nipples and a pair of Spanx in an awkward plastic pink dress.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 37, sported the Versace mini and accidentally revealed the flesh-coloured shaping garment underneath as she left Madeo’s restaurant in West Hollywood.

The look was labelled “latex Barbie” by style bible American Vogue, and it’s the second time the reality star has worn bubblegum pink (she was photographed in Miami wearing a busty Chanel body shirt in a similar shade) in a week.

She paired the dress with a quirky clutch bag by Judith Leiber with glittering french fries on it.

Kardashian also wore the eye-catching hue to her sister Kylie Jenner’s 21st, where she sported a custom-made fluoro dress with cut-out around the midriff by her husband rapper Kanye West’s clothing label, Yeezy.

It came as Kim again showed off her famous ass-ets, wearing a tiny black bikini on holiday with West in Miami. She posed kneeling in West’s lap and captioned it,” On vacay he just likes to sleep but I got him out for 5 mins for a pic.”

Kim and Khloe are still playing up their so-called feud with sister Kourtney on the latest series of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

“So, I have a missed call from Kourt,” Khloe, 34, said in the clip teasing the forthcoming episode, posted by E!

“I call her back and she (Kourt) is like, ‘This isn’t to criticise you or anything like that … me and Kendall were talking about you,’” Khloe said.

“And she goes, ‘You’re really scared about how your life is going to turn out.’”

Kim then chimed in: “What a freak … she’s so off.”

“She thinks I’m scared and that’s why I’m acting out, because I don’t want to let my old life go — what?!” Khloe added.
“I just was blown away by her. This is just absurd. And Kourtney was like, ‘And Kendall agrees with me.’”

Kim then compared Kourtney to their reclusive brother, Rob, 31.

“Do you think it’s like, a cry for help? A cry for attention? Is she the new Rob?” Kim suggested.
