Inside star-studded Sydney party held by Australian brand Meshki

An Aussie model has turned heads in a “slinky” and completely see-through outfit to a star-studded event in Sydney.

An Australian fashion brand’s milestone celebrations drew a star-studded crowd, with many guests opting for a popular style of clothing.

The popular label hosted a huge party to mark its 10th birthday this week, attended by Aussie supermodels Shanina Shaik and Bambi and New Zealand’s Georgia Fowler.

Guests were hosted at Sydney’s Machine Hall and were all dressed in the fashion brand’s latest collection, with many opting for sheer numbers, proving the racy trend is here to stay.

Leading the way was model Natalie Roser who wore the “Samira Flare Sleeve Diamante Mesh Mini Dress” in black which retails for $279.

The slinky number is entirely see-through, though its revealing nature didn’t appear to faze Roser, who rocked it with a flesh-coloured bra and G-string.

In a series of snaps taken at the event, which saw guests witness a live exhibition highlighting the brand’s pieces over the last 10 years, Roser confidently posed in the entirely see-through outfit.

The model, who has 1.5 million followers on Instagram, finished her sparkly ensemble with a pair of strappy black heels and a matching diamante bag.

Jessica Gomes also went for a sheer number, wearing the brand’s “Ivana Off Shoulder Dress”, priced at $189.

The “slinky” dress features a structured waistline worn with a simple black “underset” that is overlayed with a chiffon strapless maxi dress, that leaves little to the imagination.

Meanwhile Shanina Shaik opted for the Meshki “Dori Faux Leather Rose Midi Dress” which gives wearers a figure-hugging silhouette, and costs $189.

Swedish model Elsa Hosk was also in attendance as the brand’s “guest of honour” wearing the brand’s $129 “Elani Slinky High Neck Dress”.

The figure-hugging gown features a “a surprise flash of skin” on the back as well as with a daring thigh split.

The “illustrious” guestlist also included Australia’s fashion elite — among them, Jessica Gomes, Sam Harris, Shay Ellen, Nadia Fairfax, Elle Ferguson and Rozalia Russian.

Influencer Amy Castano and her ex husband Jono’s new pregnant partner, model Simone Holtznagel, were also at the party.
