Emily Ratajkowski unveils glamorous new look

Emily Ratajkowski has started the New Year with a new look, with gobsmacked fans flooding her comments to declare, “wow”.

Emily Ratajkowski returned to Instagram on Sunday after a weeks-long hiatus to reveal her bombshell New Year’s outfit, which included her hair cut into blunt bangs and a bouffant style.

She wore a stunning silver sequin top with long fringe cascading down to the floor along with black pants and sparkling accessories to complete the look, the New York Post reports.

“OMG,” commented Bella Thorne, while Queer Eye star Tan France wrote simply: “Wow. Wow. Wow.”

It isn’t the first time the model, 30, has switched up her hair.

In June 2020, Ratajkowski made a dramatic change by dyeing her brown hair platinum blond in partnership with haircare brand Kérastase.

The transformation was short-lived, however, as the bikini designer went back to her famous brunette locks a month later while pregnant with her son, Sylvester.

It’s unclear where exactly Ratajkowski rang in 2022, but she did acknowledge her absence from social media, saying she was busy “being a mum and working”.

Sylvester is Ratajkowski’s first child with her husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard, whom she married in February 2018 after a whirlwind romance.

Last November Ratajkowski revealed she was hesitant to post photos of her ripped stomach post-baby because of the “controversy” it might stir up.

“CFDAs! thank you @miumiu and congratulations @ninagarcia,” the 30-year-old model captioned a series of ab-baring pics on Instagram.

“(Almost didn’t post this bc I knew the controversy it would stir up but hey it’s my body and I’m not going to lean into the shaming! God bless!).”

Unlike the body-shaming comments the actor said she expected to find, most of the remarks in her comments section were very complimentary.

“Honestly, god bless,” DJ Chantel Jeffries wrote.

Fellow model Amelia Gray Hamlin commented, “Omfg.”

Earlier in the month Ratajkowski gave a deeper insight into some of the hate she claims she has received for her post-pregnancy body.

“People were really angry,” the My Body author told US radio host Howard Stern.

“I posted some video in pyjamas that my company had just launched …(One woman) was so mad. She was like …‘She wants us to know that she’s snapped back. This is unrealistic pressure.’”

Ratajkowski went on, “Listen, my body is different. I have a little extra skin still.”

Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard welcomed Sylvester in March of 2021.

By June, she was already walking the streets of New York City in a barely-there denim bra.

The model then made her return to the runway in September for the Savage x Fenty show, wearing a pink two-piece that left little to the imagination and perfectly flaunted her post-partum abs.
