If there is one thing Fiona Falkiner has struggled with most when it comes to activewear, it’s finding a sports bra that actually fits properly.

In a video shared to her Instagram this week, the Aussie model showed off her “incredible” 12kg weight loss, while revealing the one thing she’s had to do when wearing a sports bra.

While modelling the Healthy Mummy’s new activewear range, she revealed that for the first time ever, she’s not had to “double bra”.

“It’s really supportive and doesn’t dig in,” she said about the brand’s new black sports bra.

The former Biggest Loser host told news.com.au that “being a larger breasted lady” means that she’s had to “double bra” most of her life.

“When doing vigorous activity like jumping around or jogging, it can be quite difficult,” Fiona said.

“You need to strap them down and a lot of the time I need to wear a hardcore underwire bra and put a crop top over the top, but I find these crops are really supportive and I haven’t been needing to double bra which is great.”

The new Healthy Mummy range is available in a size 8 to 24, making it the largest size offering on The Iconic.

“Everyone is deserving to be able to access clothing that fits them and makes them feel good and the fact it’s online at The Iconic is amazing — and it just shows brands are becoming more size inclusive,” the mother-of-one said.

In a clip shared to her Instagram, Fiona said she’s had to ‘double bra’ most her life when wearing a sports bra because of being ‘a larger breasted lady’.

“Women of all shapes and sizes want to train and want to move their bodies.

“So to have access to clothing that supports them and makes them feel good is really important.”

Fiona showed off the range alongside fiance Hayley, who is pregnant with their second child and fans could help but comment on “amazing” the duo looked.

“You two are beautiful. Thank you for using your platform for good,” one follower wrote.

“Ohhhh Hayley’s baby bump is too cute,” another follower wrote.

“God damn bloody babes,” a third added.

The couple shared their baby joy on Instagram last month, announcing that baby number two is on the way and will be arriving in August this year.

But She boasted about not having to do this for the first time in the brand’s black ‘supportive’ new sports brad.

Fiona posted a series of photos of herself and son Hunter gazing lovingly at Hayley’s belly, “No words guys! Baby Falkiner Due in August. We are over the moon!” she captioned the post.

“My beautiful wife to be @hayley__willis has been so incredible, having had covid, moved house, all the things in the first trimester but she is just amazing and took it all in her stride!”

She also revealed they will be having a baby boy.

“Hunter can’t wait to meet his baby brother!!!! Life does not get much better than this! I am feeling very blessed with a very full heart,” Fiona said.

When she was pregnant with Hunter, Fiona documented her struggles with IVF, describing the journey as “traumatic” and “lonely”.

“Obviously you have your partner but it can actually feel like a really lonely process,” Falkiner told The Daily Telegraph at the time.

“It is you and your body against all odds. Women don’t really talk about it until after the fact. “It can be really quite traumatic.”

The model proposed to Hayley back in 2019 and haven’t managed to tie the knot yet, in part due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the birth of their son Hunter in 2021.
