Justin Jedlica had his first plastic surgery at 18, hasn't stopped since.

WHILE Justin Jedlica's mates were saving up for cars and stereos, he was planning his first nose job. More than 100 procedures later, the 'human Ken doll' has no plans to stop.

JUSTIN Jedlica was the oldest child in a strict Catholic household, where the boys were supposed to be into sports and cars just like their dad.

But Justin was more enamoured of the arts, luxury and celebrity - a fascination that sculpted the young man's views of beauty.

With idols like Michael Jackson and Michaelangelo's David, it's little wonder his interests led him to the surgeon's knife.

When Justin was 17, he asked his parents to let him get a nose job but they refused. So four days after his 18th birthday, he got it done anyway.

"I was always trying to Photoshop things and change them because I didn't really want to say that that was what I looked like," Jedlica confessed to the Huffington Post.

"The thought of fixing (my nose) was something that I really probably had in my brain since the time I was 13 or 14 years old."

About 128 procedures later, Jedlica isn't done.

So how did a teenager afford plastic surgery? He saved up for it, of course.

"I was always very frugal - I was brought up in a lower income family so I was taught that you save if you wanted something," Jedlica says.

"I didn't do a lot of things my friends did. They wanted to go buy their cars and buy their stereo systems and spend their money on their clothes. Instead, I was drawn towards surgery."

You might think he looks like a walking Ken doll or a cartoon character, but that's a compliment to Justin.

"After my nose job initially, it sort of became a medium for me to create," he says.

"So although my first nose job wasn't a failure, it was like, I really wanted to see a couple more tweaks. I really liked something over stylised - cartoonish, I guess.

"And that was also difficult to get doctors on the same page as me, being a young male looking for something that was very feminine and over-stylised.

"But that's something I wanted and to this day I still enjoy that look."

Jedlica now works as a plastic surgery consultant, referring people to suitable doctors and making suggestions about the most suitable procedures.
