A BRITISH woman has earned almost $8000 through a crowdsourcing website designed especially for women who can’t afford cosmetic surgery.

A BRITISH woman has used the generosity of total strangers to fund her boob job, saying she’s never been happier and it’s the “best decision I’ve ever made”.

Gemini Smith, 23, used crowdsourcing website MyFreeImplants.com to raise the £4450 ($7900) she needed to have her 34A breasts increased to 34 DDs.

Users set up a profile on the site, explaining why they want the cosmetic surgery and why they cannot afford it on their own.

‘Benefactors’, usually men, then purchase ‘chat credits’, which allow them to speak to the girls via private message or face-to-face webcams. Each chat earns the girl $1.

It takes most users three to four years to earn enough credits to afford the operation, but it took Miss Smith just a few months.

Shejoined the site in July 2013 and had the operation in November, after she spoke to dozens of men and women a week.

Miss Smith earned $7900 in just a few months.

Miss Smith, an undertaker, says she always hated her small breasts, which she thought made her look like a “12-year-old boy”.

“I was depressed really and it was awful, I used to wear big jumpers to cover everything up, I hated them,” she told The Daily Mail.

“It was having an effect on my social life and knocked my confidence, I was always bullied in school and this just knocked me [down] even more.

“I always said I wanted a boob job but when I got a job I couldn’t save up the kind of money needed in the timescale I wanted because I was so desperate.

“The website looked really genuine with the possibility to do what I wanted to do, how I wanted to do it.

“When I raised the amount I was absolutely over the moon.”

Miss Smith works as an undertaker and her breast size had always caused her to lack confidence.

Miss Smith says the surgery has done wonders for her confidence.

“I can finally wear low cut tops and feel good about myself.

“The surgery was just for me, it wasn’t for anyone else, it was just to raise my confidence, and it has done that so much more than I could have hoped.

“If anyone asked me if they should do it I would tell them to straight away, it is the best decision I ever made.”

She says she has made some genuine friends through the website who she can talk to about anything.

“If I could do it again I would, it was a great place to meet people and it has just made me so much happier.”
