PROUDLY flaunting the most talked about body of the year, Jesinta Campbell is in the best shape of her life.

On the set of the Women’s Fitness cover shoot, Jesinta spoke out about how her glamorous career often masks what her ‘real life’ is actually like.

“I come to work and do this kind of stuff, then I go home, and my life is very normal,” she said in an interview with the magazine.

“I still get my mum calling me up and reminding me to do things. My relationship is so normal.

“I sit on the couch in my trackies and my fiance’s [Sydney Swans player Buddy Franklin] sweater and eat a block of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate. It’s only my career that makes my life look so glamorous.”

From all things fashion and fitness, Campbell spoke of why her exercise regimen is not just about getting the perfect washboard abs or toned triceps.

“Fitness means so much to me. It means a healthy lifestyle. It means empowerment. It means feeling good. It transcends the aesthetics. It’s not just about looking good,” she said.

“Fitness is so individual, and the only thing I don’t like about Instagram is that it’s based on the way a fit body ‘should’ be. I don’t think there’s a particular way a fit or healthy person looks — it could look like a size 6 or 16. Fit looks different on everyone, and not everyone needs to have abs or biceps.”

Finding time to fit a fitness regimen comes in many forms for Campbell, revealing she doesn’t just hit the gym to squeeze in a bit of training.

“Take your runners and when you land in a city get them on for a big walk or run. I like to look for any healthy restaurants and cafe options. I always travel with my supplements, too,” Jesinta said.

And when it comes to getting bikini ready? Well, it’s like a new haircut or your best fitted jeans, find something that works with your body shape and not necessarily what’s on trend.

“Choose a bikini you feel amazing and comfortable in. The same way you invest in a great jacket or shoes, invest in a really nice swimsuit. There’s nothing wrong with wearing it every weekend,” she said.
