Tenille Favios flaunted a racy, two-piece swimsuit that was blocked by Channel 10
A white, two-piece swimsuit worn by Bachelor in Paradise’s Tenille Favios was deemed so racy for TV that Channel 10 had to censor it.
Just eight minutes into last night’s episode of Bachelor in Paradise when Tenille Favios flaunted her bikini body, Network 10 covered her bum with a big, black strip.
In the scene, Alex Nation and her man Bill Goldsmith were commenting about how “phenomenal” Tenille’s booty looked in her white, Brazilian-cut bikini before Channel 10’s censoring crew stepped in to block her behind.
“There’s that bum that we love,” Alex said to Bill as the pair relaxed on a sun bed.
“It’s not bad, ay,” Bill responded as they watched Tenille place her towel on the sand. “We’re going to look like the two biggest perves,” Alex laughed before saying, “It’s very firm … it’s phenomenal.”
Tenille, 25, had her back to the camera when Channel 10 blurred her behind with a black strip.
It comes after viewers took to social media just a few days ago to complain about the “skimpy” bikinis worn by contestants on the reality show.
“Back in my day, bikini bottoms legit covered your bottom. Simpler times,” one woman had said.
“Do women no longer wear bikini bottoms that actually cover their bottom?” asked another.
Even host Osher Gunsberg weighed in on the debate — coming to the defence of the ladies.
“I don’t understand why so many people are so confronted by the bikinis on this show,” Gunsberg posted on his Twitter on Thursday.
“If that’s what they want to wear, isn’t that ok?”

Many agreed with Gunsberg, reminding viewers that the contestants were at a beach resort.
“Of the things to be offended by, people wearing bathers on holiday at a resort seems a strange one,” one person said, while another added, “Hey, if my a** looked half as good I would be running around naked for sure. They look great and have every right to strut with confidence, male and female alike.”
But not everyone shared the same view, saying it is “not flattering at all”.
“The girls who are wearing them have beautiful bodies but their as**s look huge in them. I’m not a fan of the look. Leaves nothing to the imagination.”
“To be fair, this is a new generation with a new approach to bikinis so it is confronting. But that’s not necessarily bad. 5 years ago we wouldn’t have seen this much cheek.”
But skimpy bikinis weren’t the only talking point in last night’s episode. Viewers were horrified by contestant Ivan Krslovic’s behaviour when he started to fume over a possible connection forming between the contestant he was “keen on” — Tenille — and his friend Nathan Favros.
He said their friendship was now over and delivered an ominous warning: “Nathan’s a dead man walking.”
Ivan later issued a lengthy apology via his Instagram stories in which he declared he was “ashamed as a man”.
