With some of the hottest cosmetics just a click away, shoppers can now avoid the queues when purchasing their favourite beauty product.
“We wanted to ensure all Australians had access to the Sephora Australia offerings no matter where you live,” Libby Amelia, Sephora Australia’s country manager told The West Australian.
“The Australian consumer is incredibly engaged, [and] they actively hunt for the newest, most innovative on-trend products,” she continued in an interview with Vogue.
“We find that there is a real mix between those that are fiercely loyal to Australian brands and those that are obsessed with celebrity and international brands such a Marc Jacobs Beauty, Anastasia Beverly Hills and Kat Von D.
“We knew that when entering this market we would be busy but we have been overwhelmed with the positive response.”
Like in-store, free samples will be provided with every Sephora.com.au purchase — at check-out, customers can have the choice to select from available samples which will be sent out with the order. Another bonus is the addition of brands exclusive to Sephora.com.au and not available in the bricks-and-mortar store, like DaLish Cosmetics, EMK and Erno Laszlo.
After launching in Australia in 2014, Sephora will open a third store in Melbourne later this year — adding to their already 2500 stores worldwide.
Sephora.com.au offers free delivery with a minimum spend of $55.
