IT IS physically impossible to walk into Priceline “just for a browse”.

You go in intending to just grab some deodorant or stock up on your moisturiser and $57 later you’re walking out the door with five new products you never knew you wanted - and you certainly don’t need.

It’s a blessing and a curse but whatever, I’m here for it and they’re clearly making a motzah out of my stupidity.

Now the pharmacy chain has revealed it’s top selling beauty product of 2017 - dry shampoo.

Priceline’s state manager Josie Bolton said 985,000 bottles of dry shampoo were sold last year, meaning a can was sold every 30 seconds.

Two of the most popular dry shampoo brands are Klorane and Batiste.

Klorane is a French brand that is promoted by Bec Judd and costs about $15 a can.

Batiste is a little cheaper - it’s more mainstream and you can also get it at most supermarkets - and it costs about $10 a can.

Dry shampoo is one of the most-loved beauty products available, especially for busy women who can’t be bothered to wash their hair every day.

You’re welcome.
