‘Want to look good’: TV star’s ‘revenge body’ amid shock divorce

A popular TV star has shared the results of a “next generation fat removal” just weeks after filing for divorce from her husband of five years.

A TV star who recently filed for divorce from her husband of five years has unveiled the results of her recent cosmetic surgery – with fans dubbing it her “revenge body”.

Brittany Cartwright secretly underwent an AirSculpt fat removal and skin tightening session in May, two months before officially pulling the plug on her marriage to estranged husband Jax Taylor.

The 35-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum said she had the “next generation fat removal” procedure, which “plucks away at fat cells, cell by cell” using a small handpiece”, in a bid to prepare herself for single life and boost her confidence.

“I wanted to look good after everything I’ve been through this year,” she told the Daily Mail recently.

“I want to look my very best. I wanted to get my sparkle back.”

The mum-of-one, who now stars on Bravo’s The Valley, explained she “wasn’t really nervous” when she underwent the two-hour treatment, which has been described as being “far less invasive” than traditional liposuction.

“The work was done on my stomach,” she explained.

“I wanted some help with contouring on my lower abdomen because after I had my son Cruz [in 2021], my stomach was just never the same.

“Now I am smaller and I feel great about it.”

The reality star added: “It was one session. I call it ‘one and done’ because not only did it take out fat, but it also tightened my skin at the same time.”

Cartwright said the official recovery time for the session is about six months but she went to dinner immediately after the session and “didn’t feel bad”.

“It just felt like I had a really hard workout the day before because I was sore here and there,” she recalled.

Fans have been lapping up her new look on social media, with scores of Cartwright’s recent photos being flooded with compliments.

“You look stunning,” one commented, as another remarked her revenge body was giving, “I’m way too good for you”.

“Revenge bod at its finest,” another wrote.

“Revenge is a dish best served in a bow,” another commented, noting the statement detailing on a dress she was posing in.

Despite her recent cosmetic enhancements, the TV star said she’s focused on working on herself to internally “heal” from her and Taylor’s bombshell break-up.

“To be honest with you I thought I would be with Jax forever so this is so new for me,” she told the publication.

“It is taking some time to heal and move on.”

Cartwright filed to divorce Taylor, 45, after five years of marriage last month. She cited their separation date as January 24.

The reality stars share their three-year-old son, Cruz, who’ve they maintained an amicable co-parenting relationship for since announcing their separation earlier this year.

Ahead of Cartwright’s filing, Taylor was seeking mental health treatment and was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and bipolar disorder.

He spoke out about the divorce filing on the When Reality Hits podcast earlier this month, saying it was the “right decision for their family”.

The pair initially announced they were separating in February, revealing they didn’t know what the future held, and that reconciliation wasn’t off the table.

“I wanted to make sure I did every single thing I could possibly do to give it a chance and to try for my family, for my son, for my future, but I couldn’t do it anymore. I had to put myself first,” she told PEOPLE recently.
