Bernard Tomic’s new girlfriend Vanessa Sierra has revealed she’s made a drastic decision about her body – leaving fans upset about the move.
Bernard Tomic’s girlfriend has revealed she’s undergoing treatment to have her signature sleeve tattoo removed.
Vanessa Sierra, who makes a living as an amateur porn star on OnlyFans, detailed the first stage of the painful treatment in a video uploaded to her YouTube channel.
In it the 26-year-old – who had her inking done seven years ago – said it could take up to two years to fully remove as she underwent her first round of laser treatments.
Laser tattoo removal sends pulses of energy into the skin that are absorbed by the tattoo ink, this then causes the ink particles to shatter into tiny fragments that are absorbed into the bloodstream.
As Vanessa’s tattoo is so large, she has to have her treatments in multiple stages, with her video documenting her first three sessions to complete the first stage of the removal.
“My arm is so swollen … it’s not sore, but it’s really hot,” she explains after.

While her first session went well, Vanessa’s second round was hit with a few complications, leaving her blistered and her arm swollen “like a sausage”.
“It’s (her skin) is all really raised and it looks like little bubbles,” she says in the 11 minute video.
“I don’t really know if it’s normal, it’s super itchy.”
Two weeks after the treatments finished, Vanessa reported seeing visible reduction in the strength of the ink, stating “pretty much all of the shading on the snake’s head is gone”.
“It’s better if you do it slowly over time because it gives your body time to heal which is the best way to not get scarring,” she continued.
“It’ll probably take me 1-2 years.”
Her last update was recorded during her trip to Doha where her boyfriend qualified for the Australian Open, explaining the blisters had been caused by the fact she didn’t ice her arm for long enough.
“It took about a week for my blisters to heal and they were crazy itchy,” she explained, stating she only iced the area for 1 hour and 45 minutes and the recommend time is four hours.
Many fans commented on the clip sharing their shock she was getting the “amazing tat” removed.
“How come you’re getting rid of your sleeve tattoo?” one said.
“Nooooo why remove your tattoo?? It’s so beautiful!!” another wrote.
While one simply said: “Why, why WHY?”
Others stated they wouldn’t be prepared to go through the pain and urged Vanessa to “be careful”.
Vanessa’s trademark tattoo is regularly seen on her provocative Instagram shots which she shares to promote her X-rated subscription business.
She began selling explicit photos and videos of herself in April last year following a stint on reality show Love Island Australia in 2019.
The X-rated venture quickly became a huge success, with Vanessa revealing in June 2020 she had made it into the top 0.01 per cent of all creators using the platform.
Vanessa went official with tennis bad boy Bernard Tomic in November and he has gone on to appear in a number of provocative Instagram photos as well as on her OnlyFans page.
Tomic’s most recent appearances in Vanessa’s steamy social media feed however, have been far less glamorous with the pair currently holed up in hotel quarantine in Melbourne after the pair travelled to Doha where Tomic qualified for next month’s Australian Open.
