Influencer’s regret after paying $225,000 to lengthen her legs

An influencer who featured on Germany’s version of Celebrity Big Brother has paid $225,000 in order to lengthen her legs by 14cm.

A model who blew $255,000 on a leg-lengthening operation has revealed that she regrets going through it.

Theresia Fischer, 31, from Germany, underwent the gruelling surgery to add an extra 14cm to her height.

The blonde stunner had adjustable telescopic rods inserted into her shins at age 24 that are gradually cranked to extend her legs, The Sun reported.

However, the now-31-year-old influencer – who starred on Germany’s version of Celebrity Big Brother – has shared that her former husband pushed her to do it.

Speaking with the radio network MDR Jump yesterday, the model blamed him for the operation.

She says he told her: “Theresia, you know I like big ladies. So I would really like this. You could get up to 14cm more.”

Theresia added: “[He would say] ‘you can’t do anything without me. You need me’. And if you are told that 20, 30, 60, 70 times – then you believe that you are nothing without him.”

The Hamburg local – who used to be 5 foot 6 inches (or 167cm) – said she never even knew leg lengthening surgeries existed before her 59-year-old ex’s proposal.

“I’ve never dealt with that before because I’ve always been happy with my body,” she said.

But the model – now measuring up to a towering 6 feet (182cm) without shoes – is amazed she ever agreed.

“I am ashamed because I consented to an operation that I shouldn’t have had,” she said.

Previously in 2019, Theresia had liked the results and said that her new length had heightened her sex life with her former husband.

“My sex is better now. I have become very flexible with my legs and have more room to manoeuvre in bed.”

She then claimed she had gone under the knife to boost her self-confidence after years of being bullied as a teenager.

“I now feel happy and satisfied with my legs, but I’m hit by a wave of hate on the internet.

“It hurts me a lot. With the leg-lengthening procedure, I found myself and finally overcame my old trauma from being bullied.”

However, Theresia now says she would never have gone through with the operations if her ex hadn’t asked her to.

Describing the horror operation, she told Bild: “The shin bone is broken cleanly, the calf muscles are split and a telescopic rod is used in each case.

“You stretch your lower legs independently by holding your knee with one hand and screwing your foot inward with the other hand until it clicks.

“Ten clicks a day on each side bring an additional 0.5 millimetres [0.02 inches]”.
