An adult content creator has revealed why she chose to get a breast reduction after years of men leering at her in the streets.

Sienna Grace, who has worked in the sex industry for 11 years, first got breast implants when she was just 19 years old. But, as her breasts were still developing, she ended up being a little more than a G cup.

“They just got big, and I used to get so frustrated. It’s funny, because of what I do for a living, how frustrated I would get going to the gym because if I wore a low-cut top, I’d be stared at constantly,” Ms Grace told news.com.au.

“I got a lot of unwanted attention. People would constantly stare, like their jaws would be on the ground.”

She said men would almost be “drooling”.

The unwanted attention when she was trying to go about her life, coupled with back pain and being unable to find outfits that flattered her form, led Ms Grace to get a breast reduction in February 2020.

“I went down to a D to DD cup, and they’re probably an F cup again. They took the implant out, but I had so much breast tissue they put a very tiny one to shape it,” she said.

“But I have a lot of natural breast tissue, so they grew back again.”

She said the clients she sees regularly weren’t fussed about her changing her body and that she didn’t gain or lose any customers after getting her reduction.

But, she did say that on a wider scale, she understands that some people would disagree with her decision.

“I would say a lot of men think it’s extremely weird when girls get a reduction. They’re like, ‘oh my god, that should be illegal’,” she said.

“And it’s like, you don’t have to deal with walking to the gym and having people stare — like the most grotesque men. Like, ‘I wouldn’t even touch you with a 10-foot pole’ - ‘why are you making me uncomfortable right now?”

After more than four years, Ms Grace is in talks with surgeons to get yet another breast reduction and doesn’t regret her decision one bit.

Her advice for others who may be considering following in her footsteps?

“Speak to a professional. Think about all the options. The scarring is very intense, and I have spent a lot of time, money and energy fixing the scarring because they can’t do the surgery without quite an invasive incision,” she said.

“ So look at all your options. See if it’s best for you, but at the end of the day, you have to do what’s best for you, what you feel comfortable it’s going to make you feel confident and happy in your everyday life. It doesn’t matter what anyone says, If getting a breast lift or a reduction is going to help you feel more comfortable, either in the bedroom or in the gym or just walking around everyday life, then definitely do what’s going to make you happy and make you most comfortable.”

Breast surgeon Associated Professor Sanjay Warrier has noticed a rise in women requesting breast reductions.

“What we have seen in our practice is ultimately patients seeking surgery with one of two main expectations – the patient seeking reduction for functional reasons (typically due to large breasts), or the patient looking for a more youthful look,” he told news.com.au last year.

Dr Warrier said women often request breast reductions because they’ve been in pain for years.

“Many patients with large breasts that seek breast reduction surgery report that they have suffered for years with back and shoulder pain,” he said.

Dr Warrier explained that larger breasts can create real strain on some women’s bodies.

“The main one is the weight of the breast and resultant strain on the body, in particular the shoulders and back,” he said.

“With time, the strain on the back can also impact the spine as well. Hence the increasing desire for patients, over time, to consider having surgery for functional reasons.”
