‘My supervisor’s name is go f*** yourself!’” Domino’s worker’s rant at customer caught on camera

ALL he wanted was light sauce, not white sauce. One customer was on the unfortunate end of bad customer service when he rang Domino’s to complain about his order.

HERE’S not what to say to an angry customer who has a gripe when their pizza order goes wrong.

Michigan man Eric Promenchenkel was on the unfortunate end of bad customer service when he rang up his local Domino’s pizza store to complain that his order was incorrect.

All he wanted was light sauce, not white sauce.

But instead of listening to his gripe, the manager hung up on him — twice.

Things then went from bad to worse when his girlfriend’s angry mother went into the store to complain further.

But she didn’t expect this reaction.

After complaining in person, the manager can be heard telling her that it wasn’t his fault they didn’t order their pizza right which prompts the outraged woman to ask for his name.

“My supervisor’s name is ‘Go f*** Yourself.’ Get the f*** out of here, you f****** r*****,” he tells her.

Brandi Averill told local broadcasterWNEM said she wasn’t trying to cause trouble when she walked in to confront the manager over his behaviour.

Her daughter was filming the incident when Chris Bernier was caught in his massive tirade.

He was fired following the incident, but remains adamant it wasn’t his fault.

“I regret the language I used, but if people could see everything that happened, especially in the phone calls, they would not be sympathetic for this woman,” he said.

Ms Averill said she never intended to get him fired, but just wanted to talk to someone about his behaviour.

In a statement, Domino’s said it was aware of the situation and have forwarded this to the local franchise owner.

“The comments made by this person do not reflect those of Domino’s Pizza. We apologise for how poorly this reflects on our local stores and we assure you corrective action will be taken as the franchise owner determines.”
