‘War zone bunker’: $250k QLD apartment listed in wild real estate ad
A bizarre real estate ad has listed a “war zone bunker”, complete with graffiti and “screaming” neighbours for $250,000 in Queensland.
An apartment likened to a “war zone bunker” - complete with graffiti and a urine lined stairwell - has been listed for sale in Queensland in a bizarre real estate advertisement.
According to the listing published on Domain, the $250,000 top floor apartment offers buyers a “strategic high ground” and a commanding view of the “battlefield” below.
The two-bedroom apartment, which features tiled floors throughout, also comes with “free cultural performances” in the form of “residents screaming and fighting” and a “territorial marking in stairwell (urine)”.
The listing also makes note of the property’s rendered walls and “artworks”, also known as graffiti, on display in the car park.
With council rates of more than $2,900 per year, those looking to purchase the property are advised that “you wouldn’t want to live there yourself”.
However, the listing notes the property offers a good return on investment.
