The US-engineered dwelling is an Airbnb stay with a 4.96-star rating from 189 reviews.
Named ‘Desert Yurt’, the cosy structure is 6m in diameter with ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, insulation and a heating/cooling system.
The yurt sits behind the main house and opens to a courtyard with an outdoor cooking zone, seating, fire pit area and easy access to gardens and the family pool.
One guest review said the yurt had the perfect combination of glamping and household amenities, while another called the yurt “well set up, cosy and whimsical”.
Selling agent Ianne Haynes of Nutrien Harcourts listed the main home as having a blend of original and updated features, which create a “welcome haven for the modern family”.
The house has timber window frames, a neutral colour scheme and a combination of tiled and concrete floors in the living spaces and carpet in the bedrooms.
The kitchen has been updated and has a pantry, quality appliances and a breakfast bar.

A dining area sits off the kitchen and there is a large living area with a Canadian Bullerjan fireplace and a door opening to a covered veranda.
A light-filled separate lounge room has big windows with garden views and sliding doors opening to the veranda.
The main bedroom has a built-in robe and ensuite while the three remaining bedrooms are at the opposite end of the home and also have built-in robes.
The home has a family bathroom, a separate toilet and an internal laundry with storage.
The pool yard is fenced and has established gardens, a shade sail and a seating area.
