The 30-something owners of the online fashion sensation White Fox are planning a mega luxury compound after buying a fourth property in a $120m buying spree.

Daniel Contos, 33, and Georgia Moore, 32, have now paid $25m for a five-bedroom knockdown in Vaucluse, which backs onto backs onto two other homes bought for $34.5 and $36m.

Now with a mammoth 3500sqm block, it’s thought they want to knock down all three homes and create a luxury mansion that will have incredible harbour views taking in the Bridge and Opera House.

The Wentworth Courier broke the news of their third purchase in late September, when it was thought their compound would consist of just two houses.

Buyer’s agent Simon Cohen assisted them then and it’s believed he also helped them with this latest property.

It’s not clear if they have any of the other neighbouring homes on their radar to create an even bigger compound.

The purchase of these three homes is all separate from the house in nearby Wentworth St, that they bought for more than $25m, prior to auction in May.

The couple, whose online brand White Fox promotes skimpy dresses and oversized hoodies on billboards and Sydney buses, have showrooms in both Sydney and Los Angeles.

Their reach has grown and grown since they started the business a decade ago when they were in their early 20s, with a bit of help from social media influencers.
