Listings aplenty from Channel 7’s Sunrise team.

Edwina Bartholomew and her husband, Neil Varcoe, have listed their Woollahra investment apartment.

Their desired $1.35m proceeds will be invested into their boutique hotel project, Saltash Farm at Carcoar, in NSW’s Central West.

Meanwhile, former Weekend Sunrise host Matt Doran has listed his Berowra Waters weekender.

Bartholomew paid $660,000 for the top-floor Ocean St apartment in 2009.

“I’m sad to see it go,” Bartholomew, saying she was selling to invest in our next “mammoth” renovation.

The apartment was where she resided for eight years before moving to a three-bedroom 1870s Dulwich Hill terrace that cost the couple $1.59m in 2017.

The couple renovated the Dulwich Hill property before selling in 2023 for a bullish $2.58m.

Their $1m Carcoar purchase now has approvals coming after 18 months of planning hurdles.

Saltash Farm, some 8500sq m on Naylor St, has hotel premises dating back to the 1840s.

The Studio Esteta-designed update will be undertaken in stages, with the main heritage guesthouse, then three guest cabins and a house, then a pool and a long pavilion for functions at a much later stage.

The town, 3½ hours from Sydney, ranks as the third oldest settlement west of the Blue Mountains.

It is a “new chapter for the town that time forgot”, Bartholomew suggested on her purchase.

The project has helped to keep her mind off her chronic myeloid leukaemia, which was diagnosed last July.

At the time, the mother of two advised she was “forging ahead” with the project, while taking “life at a slower pace”.

“Our renovation has been a beautiful distraction and will continue to be in the months to come,” she said.

The couple also run a short-term accommodation venture at their $600-a-night Warramba, Glen Alice farmhouse.

Meanwhile, Doran and his wife, Nine’s Today departing executive producer Kendall Bora, are listing their Berowra Waters weekender with $3m hopes.

The Hawkesbury River waterfront home was redesigned by Tamsin Johnson.

It is known as the $1200-a-night Airbnb offering, Sunny Corner Cottage.

The couple, who are relocating to the United States for Bora’s new job, purchased the boat-only access property for $1.75m in 2021.
