A group of terrace homes will be added to the inner-city Green Square neighbourhood to appeal to buyers looking for high-end homes.

Traditional Victorian terraces will be constructed in the expanding town centre in Zetland.

Designed by William Smart-led studio Smart Design Studio and built by Mirvac, the seven terraces have been inspired by the traditional Victorian era cottages seen in the 19th century.
The terraces are for sale via Expressions of Interest.

Features of the terraces include courtyards in the front and back, a central staircase, and will range in size from three bedroom and four bedroom residences.

The homes also offer open plan living on the ground level with a landscaped rooftop entertaining area, outdoor kitchen and family room.

According to Mirvac general manager of residential development Toby Long, the project aims to appeal to buyers looking for high-end homes at Green Square.

“Green Square Town Centre has become a magnet for people in search of a luxury designer home where they can enjoy the urban buzz and still be close to the CBD,” Mr Long said.

“Our Green Square properties have been selling extremely well, signalling the strength of the owner occupier market and the growing appeal of this neighbourhood to those seeking a high end luxury home.”

“To own a Smart Design Studio house, delivered by Mirvac, gives them an exclusivity that is extremely appealing to those who appreciate great design and enduring quality.”

“The Portman St terraces are designed to deliver a built form that has a positive impact on health, wellbeing, the community and the environment.”

Residents of the terraces will also be able to access the wellness centre and business lounge at the neighbouring Mirvac development The Frederick.
