The hut at Shaldon Beach in Devon in the South of England, comes with a price tag of close to $400,000.
Material from its marketing agents, Bradleys Estate Agents, reveals the compact hut has a kitchen, shower room and a private terrace.
Sleeping is on a mattress on a mezzanine level above the living area.
The entire hut takes up almost 29sq m of space, but the builders haven’t scrimped on finishes.
There is a solid oak entrance door and keeping with a nautical theme it has a double-glazed porthole.
Inside the entrance is a drying area for wet gear after a day of fishing, and in the small bathroom there is a wall-mounted toilet, wash basin and shower area.
