A newly revived waterfront home in the Shire has received a high level of interest from buyers with its luxury designs and surprise inclusions.

The property was rebuilt in 2016, with the facade and pool completely updated.

Entrepreneurs looking to maximise the potential of the property can transform the home’s two bedroom apartment into an Airbnb that could fetch $450 per night in peak times.

Oz Combined real estate agent James Holt said the property has previously hosted over 100 guests for an at-home wedding – cementing its place as one of the largest entertainment homes in the area.

“We’ve received over 100 inquiries in the first five days and 22 inspections from three days of marketing, which is about double the usual activity for a new listing in the current market,” he said.

“The waterfront and new build is only four years old and is drawing most people to the home. The property has now become too big for the current owners who are downsizing to the city to be by the harbour and closer to their business.”

“Coming off the traditional December and January slowdown, there is limited stock with only seven properties currently for sale.”
