A waterfront reserve property with two blocks, a house, large garage and boathouse is up for auction in Wyongah.

Offered for the first time, the side-by-side parcels at 74-76 Tuggerawong Rd can be purchased individually or as one transaction.

With a combined size of 1258sqm and views across Tuggerah Lakes to The Entrance, agent Mark Stagg from George Brand Premiere said that both blocks were “beautiful”.

“One of the most unusual things about this is the boathouse — you would usually only find one of these attached to an absolute waterfront home,” he said.

“The property has been with the family since its inception.”

On one lot sits an older-style two-bedroom home that includes nine foot ceilings, a pantry with stained glass and an original classic enamel style oven.

Adjacent to the home on the second block is a very large brick garage which due to its size was also used as a workshop. The boathouse belongs to this lot.

A nearby waterfront reserve property at 34 Tuggerawong Rd was sold quickly by Mr Stagg last month for $570,000.

The two-bedroom reno home is on a 657sqm block and is currently tenanted for $300 per week.

Mr Stagg said that price expectations for the double block were in excess of $1 million.

No. 74-76 Tuggerawong Rd, Wyongah will go to auction on Tuesday, 25 June at 6pm.

Meanwhile, another rare opportunity is up for grabs in Lake Haven with the listing of a vacant block of land.

The parcel at 101 Malvina Pde offers opportunity for a buyer to secure one of the last waterfront blocks in the area.

Agent Adam Hilder from Ray White Thompson Partners Gorokan said that the block did not even exist until the owners recently subdivided.

On a 734sqm north-facing block on Budgewoi Lake, the lot offers expansive views of the water and reserve and the aspect is ideal for a custom built home.

“There is enough area at the front for a great split-level design,” Mr Hilder said.

The most recent sale on this street was an original two-bedroom home at 50 Malvina Pde.

On a 715sqm block, the property was purchased in December last year for $380,000.

Last year the house next door, which included five large bedrooms and a 12 metre travertine pool, sold for $850,000.

A block of land has not been sold on the strip since 2016.

No. 101 Malvina Pde will go to auction on Friday, 21 June at 2:30pm.
