With a combined size of 1258sqm and views across Tuggerah Lakes to The Entrance, agent Mark Stagg from George Brand Premiere said that both blocks were “beautiful”.

Mr Stagg said that price expectations for the double block were in excess of $1 million.

Agent Adam Hilder from Ray White Thompson Partners Gorokan said that the block did not even exist until the owners recently subdivided.

“There is enough area at the front for a great split-level design,” Mr Hilder said.
The most recent sale on this street was an original two-bedroom home at 50 Malvina Pde.
On a 715sqm block, the property was purchased in December last year for $380,000.
Last year the house next door, which included five large bedrooms and a 12 metre travertine pool, sold for $850,000.
A block of land has not been sold on the strip since 2016.
