A gargantuan estate that was marketed with a price guide of $6 million has been sold for an undisclosed sum that is most likely to have set a Central Coast sales record — but the price is anyone’s guess.
A Wyong Creek cattle ranch has sold for an undisclosed amount that would most likely be a Central Coast rural sales record.
Tawonga Stud, an enormous 108ha retreat in the Yarramalong Valley is described as ‘one of Australia’s finest country estates’.
The property at 109 Stinsons Lane was on the market for 39 days with Scott Wall and Shaun Coffey from Capital One Wyong, who have been tight-lipped about the sale price after signing a confidentiality agreement with the ‘well-known’ buyer.
The gargantuan estate was marketed with a price guide of $6 million.
Set among rolling green hills with dams and billabongs, the property includes seven titles, three separate dwellings and has been run as a black Angus cattle farm run by vendor Judy Faulkner and her daughter Belinda.
What the new owners intend to use the farm for is anyone’s guess.

Ms Faulkner’s family had been at the property 20 years, renovating the main house and adding a guesthouse.
With quality fixtures and fittings throughout, highlights include a country-style kitchen with white panelled cabinetry and a huge gas cooktop, an entertaining terrace overlooking a sparkling swimming pool and large temperature controlled wine cellar.
It is likely that the property sold above $5.8 million, which means that it has probably beat the current 2019 Central Coast property sales record in Wagstaffe.
The exclusive San Toy Estate property, which was sold in January this year by Belle Property Killcare, featured an enormous hallway reminiscent of an art gallery and s character-filled boathouse with a shared deep water jetty.
Domain recently reported that it was purchased by Sydney Olympic Football Club president and Forum Group executive chairman Bill Papas and his Forum Group co-director Vince Tesoriero.
