The suburb on the northern beaches facing biggest change
It has been a while coming but Frenchs Forest suburb is on the cusp of huge change. The new Northern Beaches hospital is up and running but more change is coming. And prices are remarkably reasonable.
The northern beaches suburb that will see the most change in the shortest time is Frenchs Forest.
New roads are coming out of the ground, a new town centre is planned and a new high school is due to be built near the Aquatic Centre.
Rezonings around the Northern Beaches Hospital are due this year, although previous rezoning release dates have been missed.

Matt Brady, of Belle Property Seaforth, said Frenchs Forest will be a totally different suburb in five to 10 years time.
“I think Frenchs Forest is a hidden secret,” he said.
“The new roads are starting to come together, access from Aquatic Drive to Wakehurst Parkway is shaving time off journeys and the Glenrose Shopping Centre has a vibe about it that it didn’t have,” he said.
Davidson MP Jonathan O’Dea has said the Liberal State government will deliver an east-west B-Line bus service from Dee Why to Chatswood.
Mr Brady said a turn up and go bus service linking Frenchs Forest to Chatswood and trains to the city will make a big impact on people living in Frenchs Forest.
“Families who earlier discounted Frenchs Forest as being too far from the city will reconsider,” he said.
“A B-Line bus service will change the landscape in Frenchs Forest.”
