A property in Wamberal that had a price guide of $5 million has been sold for an unknown price that is said to be the highest price for a Central Coast beachfront this year.

The home at 11 Pacific St sat on arguably the most exclusive beachfront strip on the Coast, with 180 degree ocean views.
Vendors Dave and Kim Baxter completely transformed the property, working with the structure of the home.

They kept the original handcrafted fireplace and spiral staircase, as well as renovating around the original roofline, which includes cathedral-style ceilings.
Now it has been sold to a new buyer, although the sale price and type of buyer was undisclosed.
Agent Trevor Hamilton from McGrath Terrigal said online that the price was the “highest beachfront sale for 2019 so far”.

According to CoreLogic, the current 2019 beachfront record is a Macmasters Beach holiday house at 13a Tudibaring Ave, which was purchased off market in March by a Sydney buyer for $4.5 million.
Another mystery sale recently took place in Wyong Creek — the huge estate Tawonga Stud, which had a price guide of $6 million.
It looks like that sale will most likely be the highest price seen this year on the Coast.
