Retiree buys immaculate Yarramalong acreage quick as a flash
A retired farmer has quickly negotiated the sale of an immaculate Yarramalong acreage that sits right next door to a $6 million cattle stud.
An acreage in one of the best pockets of the Yarramalong Valley has sold quickly for $1.7 million.
The property at 143 Stinsons Lane was on the market just three days when a cattle farmer from out west made an offer.
“The buyer wanted somewhere to retire to, and with this property, he can walk straight in and not spend a thing,” agent Shaun Coffey from Capital One Wyong said.

Including 4.4ha of cleared land, the acreage includes a seasonal creek, dams and an orchard with established fruit trees.
With a striking backdrop of aged Sydney blue gums, the five-bedroom home is all open-plan with high ceilings and a view from every window, with everything opening out onto sunny verandas.
Flawlessly presented, the contemporary country property was sold right in the price guide of $1.65-$1.75 million.

The location is right next door to a multimillion-dollar cattle stud that recently sold for a record price that is said to be over $6 million.
The vendors had only been at the property a bit under two years but wanted to move back closer to family in Sydney.
