While Sydney apartment prices have fallen 8.8 per cent to a median value of $678,199, according to the latest figures from CoreLogic, many would be buyers still find Sydney overpriced.

This is causing many potential buyers to leave the big smoke of Sydney for regional NSW where many are finding great value for the price of a Sydney apartment.

Here are three properties that you can buy in NSW for the same value of a Sydney unit.
