A single level Bateau Bay property is one of the most popular listings in the country and the most searched in NSW.
The three-bedroom home at 8 Parkside Ave appeared on a report from realestate.com as the most viewed residential listing in the state for last week.

“The location is fabulous — you’ve got the beach on one side and the cafes on the other. Plus you are across from a reserve, which makes it really private,” agent Brian Whiteman from The Agency Central Coast said.
The property was the winner of the 2014 Building Design Award for ‘Best Renovation’ by EDS Architecture, now Fabric Architecture.

“These prices are the new norm for the area — it is a real buzz spot,” he said.
