More than 200 apartments were sold within two hours of releasing the first stage of the Prime complex in Waterloo Rd, next to the Macquarie Centre, from 7.30am on Saturday.
Sydney-based property developer JQZ sold more than 200 apartments within two hours of releasing the first stage of its Prime complex in Waterloo Rd, next to the Macquarie Centre.
A long queue waited for the sales office to open at 7.30am on Saturday. The company had held a VIP evening the night before with a number of homes being purchased.
The single bedroom and bedroom with study apartments sold for between $653,000-$850,000, the two bedroom, some with study, went for up to $1,410,000, three bedrooms up to $1,548,000 the penthouses up to $2,580,000.
Jian Qiu Zhang, the founder and CEO of JQZ, said the success of Saturday’s sale was encouraging.

The development will feature 680 apartments across four towers, each 20 storeys high.
