Model Jennifer Hawkins and her hubby Jake Wall have finally sold their glamorous Northern Beaches pad after spending three years building it.
MODEL and entrepreneur, Jennifer Hawkins and husband Jake Wall have finally sold their luxury North Curl Curl home, but the exact sale price is still under wraps.
The glamour couple, who paid $1.375 million for the original property back in 2010, helped design the prestigious beach pad along with renowned architect Kiochi Takada.
When the pair listed the new-look residence in April this year there were $4 million plus hopes with agents Steve Thomas and Brendan Essery of Belle Property Manly.
Although the real estate partners have confirmed that the Molong Rd property has sold, they remain tight-lipped about the ticket price.
Away from sticky beaks and the paparazzi, the three-storey five-bedroom home is in the gated Windy Dropdown estate and has sweeping ocean views from most rooms, an infinity pool and an enviable dressing room that has housed Hawkins’ hundreds of designer labels and shoes.
There is also a designer ensuite with floor-to-ceiling silver wall coverings, and an outdoor kitchen.
Hawkins and Wall are now working on a new project further down the hill in North Curl Curl.
``We love it over here — it’s a holiday everyday of the week,’’ she told the Manly Daily.
The glamorous face of Myer, who hails from Newcastle says she loves the northern beaches, and her carpenter hubby said the lifestyle you can create on the northern beaches is too good to want to leave.
“We set out to create a relaxed resort lifestyle, which we have achieved with this home,’’ Wall said.
His favourite spot is the cinema and the backyard barbecue on the alfresco terrace, while Hawkins likes to have coffee off the kitchen balcony overlooking the ocean.
“We both enjoy being by the water. It brings a certain calmness,’’ she said.
