Melbourne City defender Iacopo La Rocca lists Sydney apartment
Four years after leaving the Western Sydney Wanderers, Italian footballer Iacopo La Rocca looks set to call full-time on his stint in Sydney after listing his waterfront unit.
Melbourne City defender Iacopo La Rocca looks to be quitting Sydney following the listing of his Wentworth Point apartment.
The two-bedroom property with water views is on the market with a $700,000-$770,000 price guide
The Italian footballer has owned the property since 2013, when he was playing his first season in the A-League for the Western Sydney Wanderers.

Property records show he took ownership of it in April that year for $499,000.
The two-bedroom apartment at 2 The Crescent, Wentworth Point, is set to go to auction on July 13 through McGrath Concord agent Ania Aquino.
Records show that La Rocca has been renting the property out following his departure from the Wanderers in 2015. It was recently listed for rent last month with a $750 per week asking price.
Ms Aquino said the top floor apartment would suit young professional couples or singles.
“It has a very city/ inner west vibe compared to a suburban apartment,” she said.
“The property is also in great position with the local gym, tennis court and pool across the road and a free shuttle bus stop at the front door.”
The renovated property is located in the ‘Lipari’ building and has an open-plan layout, including a gas kitchen with separate living and dining zone.
The main bedroom has 270-degree views of the district and the water.
Ms Aquino said the property is priced very competitively compared to what buyers might find in the area.
“If this was just over the water in Breakfast Point, the price guide would only get you a one-bedroom apartment,” she said.
The property also features a free shuttle bus from the property to Rhodes train station and Marina Square.
