McGrath chief executive Geoff Lucas lists Cremorne home after buying Bellevue Hill property
McGrath executive Geoff Lucas has put his north shore home on the market after buying in Bellevue Hill, and it should come as no surprise which agency has the listing.
McGrath chief executive Geoff Lucas and his wife Nicola have listed their Cremorne property as they prepare to move to the eastern suburbs.
The five-bedroom dress circle house has postcard views over Willoughby Bay and is set to go to auction on August 17.
The decision to sell comes after the couple snapped up a four-bedroom Bellevue Hill residence with views of Sydney Harbour at auction in June for around $6 million.

As McGrath’s chief executive, it should come as no surprise that he has enlisted Claudia Portale from the local McGrath Mosman office to sell the property.
This will be the second time Mr Lucas has attempted to sell the property after having the Wonga Rd house on the market with a $6 million-$6.6 million guide early last year.
The couple have lived at the Cremorne property for the past 14 years and paid $3.425 million for it in 2005, according to CoreLogic data.
All three levels of the designer residence offer district and water views. The main bedroom is located on the top floor and has an ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and a private balcony.
Other features include a Corian finished kitchen with gas appliances, high ceilings, fireplace, Bose sound system and airconditioning.
The property also features a swimming pool, spa, grassed backyard and a double garage.
The contemporary home is also up the road from the $8 million home that Karl Stefanovic’s ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn has on the market.
Mr Lucas rejoined McGrath in February 2018 after a stint as the chief operating officer of Sonoma Bakery. He previously worked at McGrath between 2008 and 2016 as a chief operating officer.
Mrs Lucas is the owner of Bambini House, a childcare centre based in Chatswood.
