THEY’RE the multi-million dollar houses most people could only dream of, but one company has made it possible for the ordinary Aussie to live their dream lifestyle — if only for a night or two.

Unique Estates have a raft of luxury houses listed, ranging from a modest $125-per-night studio to around $1000 a night to stay in a decadent five-bedroom home in Byron Bay.

Although not in everyone’s price-range, Marketing Manager Chantze Baker says there’s a bit of decadence on offer for everyone.

“If you’ve got a hen’s weekend for example and you want to spend the money and go somewhere phenomenal but can’t leave the country, this is for you,” she said.

“It’s more about, what price can you put on a luxury stay?”

Despite the initial price-shock of the more high end properties, Baker said the amount of space on offer gives those with a few mates to share the bill.

“A lot of these places can sleep a lot of people, so the cost becomes better.”

“It’s almost like you’re living your dream lifestyle for a week.”
