Karl and Jasmine Stefanovic to move out of Mosman rental home
Just a few months out from the birth of their first child together, newly reinstated Today Show host Karl Stefanovic and wife Jasmine are moving out of their Mosman rental property.
Breakfast television’s comeback kid Karl Stefanovic and his pregnant wife Jasmine are reportedly on the move – just a few months out from the impending birth of their first child.

‘Significant’ estate set to hit the market
CoreLogic data shows the couple’s Mosman rental home is seeking new tenants, and several industry sources have revealed the pair have been actively looking for a house to buy in the area in recent weeks.
Realestate.com.au has the Mosman property listed for rent, with an asking weekly rent of $3250, and a bond of $13,000.
According to the listing, it is available from March 19. Bradley Fraser and Aris Varvarian, of Di Jones Neutral Bay, are managing the property.
Last week, Jasmine Stefanovic opened up about her pregnancy at Seeds’s Autumn Winter collection preview at The Apollo – and showed off her baby bump.
She told The Daily Telegraph that she was excited to be a mum and the couple have discussed names for their baby girl, reportedly due in May.
“Yeah I’m good, going well. It’s been a great pregnancy,” she said. “(I’m craving) ice cream, all kinds of ice cream. We have a few names but I think we have to meet the baby first.”
Industry sources, none of whom would be named, have revealed the couple have been actively looking for a family friendly home in the Mosman area.
None reported having made a sale as of yet, and speculation is rife the couple may be opting for a short-term rental while they continue their search for a house to buy.

Stefanovic returned to the Channel 9 breakfast television fold earlier this year, resuming duties as Today’s co-host with Allison Langdon.
The news their Mosman house was up for lease came on the same day as The Australian newspaper exclusively revealed that Channel 9 rival Seven West Media was set to reignite controversy surrounding the failed marriage of Stefanovic and his former wife of 21 years, Cassandra Thorburn.
Thorburn, who split with Stefanovic more than three years ago, will focus on the breakdown of their marriage in the first instalment of a podcast series on divorce, to be aired this week.
“The mother of three will talk about the grief of the divorce and whether she is dating again in the podcast series, Divorce Story — Surviving Separation for New Idea magazine, which is part of Seven West Media’s publishing division, Pacific,” the newspaper reported.
“The timing could not come at a worse time for Stefanovic, who is trying to rebuild his public image and turn around the poor ratings performance of Nine’s breakfast show, Today, which he fronts with Allison Langdon.”
Other episodes in the divorce podcast series, which Thorburn is co-hosting with journalist Annaliese Dent, will feature expert and professional advice to listeners on “how to help others separate successfully”, The Australian reported.
Thorburn and Stefanovic last year sold the luxury Cremorne waterfront property they bought just months before their very public split.
The Wonga Rd home was bought unfinished, and Thorburn undertook the project before the property was listed for sale. It sold in August last year to hotelier Andrew Thomas, for $9,400,150, according to CoreLogic records.
Thorburn bought a three-bedroom Art Deco semi in Neutral Bay late last year for $2,550,000.
