Hollywood star Rebel Wilson sells second Sydney investment property for nearly $900,000
Hollywood star Rebel Wilson is continuing to lighten her investment portfolio with the sale of a second unit in the same Sydney complex for a big sum.
Hollywood star Rebel Wilson has capitalised on the booming real estate market with the sale of a Sydney investment property.
The Gladesville apartment sold after three weeks for an undisclosed price, however sources believe the result is well above the $880,000 price guide.
Settlement in the coming months will reveal whether Wilson recouped the $885,000 she paid for the two-bedroom apartment at the peak of the property boom in 2017.

The residence with district views was sold by Cobden & Hayson’s Peter Gordon after first coming on the market in late February.
It is the second investment property the Pitch Perfect star has sold in the same Jordan St apartment complex in the past two months.
In January, the Hollywood-based star sold a ground floor residence with garden for $805,000. CoreLogic data shows this is a small return from the $740,000 she paid in 2015.
The apartment purchased in the name of her Camp Sugar production company has contemporary interiors including a Caesarstone kitchen with Smeg appliances.
The apartment also features ducted airconditioning, a main bedroom with an ensuite and parking for one car.
Wilson owns a number of other properties across the Harbour City, including a waterfront home in Birchgrove and a townhouse in Balmain. She also bid successfully on behalf of her sister Liberty Mair at a Birchgrove cottage earlier this year.
The Hollywood actor is currently starring on Channel 7’s Pooch Perfect.
