The highest price for the suburb this year, the property at 6/15 Cliff Ave was snapped up by a local buyer who plans to live there.

Sales agent Jordan Bulmer from Mr Steinwede’s team said that the views were “out of control”.

The sale is ranked in the top five property purchases on the Coast this year.
