Former Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke reduces rental asking price for Bondi Beach unit
Former Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke has reduced the rental asking price on his Bondi Beach apartment.
The Bondi Beach investment apartment of former Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke returned briefly to the rental market earlier this month.
But this time the Campbell Parade apartment came with a reduced $3000 weekly asking rental.
CoreLogic’s tracking of the asking rental price showed it had been offered at $3750 a week earlier this year and at $5000 late last year.

Bondi Beach rents are down by 5 per cent, with Realestate.com.au executive manager of rent Kul Singh noting changes in rent reflected shifts in supply and demand.
There were suggestions Clarke was preparing to list the Cadigal apartment earlier this year, after he was seen welcoming LJ Hooker father-son agent duo Bill and David Malouf into the complex.
Clarke, currently commentating on the Cricket World Cup in England, bought the 200sqm, three-bedroom apartment for $6 million in 2009 from his accountant Anthony Bell.
After living there with then-fiancee Lara Bingle, it became an investment in 2011.
Clarke now lives in an $8.5 million Vaucluse home with interior designer wife Kyly and their two children.
