The modern six-bedroom mansion in the Los Angeles neighbourhood of Encino was the backdrop for one scene in the Oscar-winning movie La La Land, as well as being in the upcoming Meryl Streep movie The Laundromat.
It also appears in television shows Modern Family, Ballers and NCIS LA.
The house has never actually been lived in by anyone, with the current owners purchasing it in 2007 and planning to build and sell.
Once they built the property they were presented with other opportunities, which lead to the property being used as a set.
The house itself is quite amazing, with a marble kitchen, roof decks, a guesthouse, infinity pool and spa. There is also a home theatre and an elevator, making it the perfect LA pad to entertain all of your famous friends.
There are nine bathrooms throughout, while the main bedroom has an in-wall fireplace, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite infinity bathtub. Walls of glass let you take in the surrounds.
It is listed with Jeff Biebuyck and Dana Olmes of Compass.
