Serial flippers Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are at it again.

This time they’ve reportedly opened their colossal cheque book to buy the $AUD 64.7 million home of Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine.

The three-time Grammy award-winning frontman and his Victoria Secret model wife Behati Prinsloo, have offloaded the Beverly Hills glamour pad they called home for just one year.

The final deal was just a couple million short of their $AUD 68.3 million asking price, but well above the $AUD 48.89 million they paid for it.

It’s unclear what DeGeneres and de Rossi plan on doing with the mansion (one of several they own in LA) as Levine and Prinsloo just spent $AUD 11.5 million doing it up.

Levine announced in May he was stepping down as judge on The Voice after 16 seasons on the US talent show.

Now that $AUD18 million a series gig is gone, perhaps he will be throwing himself into the real estate game.

In 2018 alone, property junkies DeGeneres and de Rossi bought or sold a total of seven homes (that we know of) and this most recent sale is the third transaction in 2019 for the high profile pair.

In March, the star talk show host and the Australian-born actor listed another Beverly Hills bungalow for $AUD 25.89 million — one they bought only seven months prior.

In January they snapped up a Balinese-inspired dream house in Montecito for a cool $38.83 million.

Meanwhile, the Maroon 5 singer and model have also been on a multimillion-dollar real estate merry–go-round in recent years.

In 2016 the famous couple sold a Manhattan loft for $AUD 7.62 million, offloaded a stylishly renovated estate in Beverly Hills which singer/songwriter John Mayer bought for $AUD 19.27 million in early 2018.

Then, in August 2017, the pair dropped $25.89 million on a Holmby Hills home they actually never lived in, but instead resold for the same price in early 2018.

This latest offering by the Levine-Prinsloos that DenGeneres and de Rossi snapped up was built in 1933, has five bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, more than 930sq m of living space.

The home also comes with custom made steel-framed windows, two kitchens, several wet bars, a screening room, a gym and a guesthouse.

Outside, the grand estate has landscaped gardens, a palatial patio with a built-in barbecue plus a fire pit as well as an oval-shaped swimming pool.

Not enough of a celebrity playground? It also has a tennis court and putting green.

The glamorous digs has a famous pedigree so DeGeneres and De Rossi are in good company.

Before Levine and Prinsloo bought the home, the house was formerly owned by Will & Grace creator Max Mutchnick and entertainment lawyer Erik Hyman, who bought it from tennis superstar Pete Sampras and actor Bridgette Wilson.
