Dual occupancy acreage in South Kincumber set to break own record
An incredible dual occupancy acreage on the Central Coast that looks like a “wedding venue at night” is set to smash its own sales record for the suburb.
A dual occupancy acreage across the road from the Great Aussie Bush Camp at South Kincumber has hit the market.
The property at 15 MacKillop Rd was sold for the highest price in the suburb back in 2016, and since then has been extensively renovated.
“This is the best dual occupancy acreage that I have seen on the Coast,” agent Adam Tide from Crystal Clear Real Estate Erina said.

“Sitting on the deck, the view out to the bush is phenomenal.”
In an elevated position, the 1.39ha property is shared by a young family and the in-laws.
Each of the residences include open-plan living spaces, kitchens with modern appliances, separate driveways with private carports and main bedrooms with ensuites.
Mr Tide said that the outdoor entertainment area with both swim and ordinary spas was a highlight.

No. 15 MacKillop Rd will go to auction on Saturday, 27 July at 3pm and has an auction bidding guide of $1.5 million to $1.65 million.
