The Coogee home once owned by model Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall has finally been resold. It hit the market in January but only sold midweek for $3.16 million.
It initially came with a $3.5 million price guide, which was adjusted to $3.2 million before being pulled from its scheduled February auction.

It took Hawkins and Wall even longer to find a buyer back in 2012. They secured $2.2 million — but it took some six months after it was listed. They also lost a small amount, having paid $2.27 million in 2008 before the global financial crisis hit the property market. “Wow … the property market in Sydney is tough,” Hawkins noted at the time.
The 2002-built, three-bedroom Moore St home, part of a duplex near Gordons Bay, spans 240sqm over four levels. Since the Hawkins sale, the vendors improved the swimming pool.
Phillips Pantzer Donnelley secured the sale.
Hawkins and Wall have since made a number of profitable moves flipping houses around Curl Curl and have now settled into their own home at Newport fronting the Pittwater which they built for about $2 million, after paying $4 million for two adjoining properties.
