Local property developers Central Real have revealed that their latest apartment development in Point Frederick has been pushed ahead of schedule to meet market demand on the Coast.
This will be the seventh project to launch from property developer Central Real, owned by local millionaire developer Tony Denny, who has said the project is responding to a high customer demand for luxury apartment living.

The four storey luxury development called Peninsula includes three boutique buildings across a large corner block of Albany Street and is situated on the highest point of Point Frederick with 360-degree views across the Brisbane Water and east to Caroline Bay.
There will be 100 apartments available, with a mix of one, two and three bedrooms. Two bedroom units will start from $660,000 and range right up to $2.4 million for the penthouses.
Central Real CEO, Richard Ellis, said the project was brought forward due to an increasing interest in the market in the wake of the recent election.
“Central Coast property has remained steady even with Sydney’s downturn last year, so we already have a large waiting list of inquiries, but we have brought this project forward following the election to meet the demand we are now experiencing,” he said.
“We have already started construction on the site even without opening sales. The location and views are sensational, we plan to deliver a project that continues to meet the needs for luxury living on the Central Coast.”
Mr Ellis said there was a growing trend of people buying off-the-plan and wanting to customise their homes, so it’s built specifically for them.

“We have deliberately opened up a large range of options for people to bespoke their apartments so it works for them, from smart home automation to sustainable inclusions like electric car charging points,” Mr Ellis said.
Jaimie Woodcock, Principal at McGrath Central Coast, said that he has already had an “exceptionally strong response to Peninsula” from their existing client base who have registered their interest.
Central Real’s anticipated Terrigal project Elysium is currently under construction and is set to be completed around August.
Located at the original Terrigal Country Comfort site on the fringes of the CBD, the site includes $2 million landscaped gardens, an underground car park and an incredible pool.
Early works on the Point Frederick site commenced last month and construction is expected to be completed by end of 2020. Sales on the Peninsula development are set to open later this month.
