They’ll no doubt be looking to Tervenski’s building skills as he works for a local building company.
They paid $320,000 for the 600sqm land holding, having committed to the purchase two years ago.
Cooke, who is originally from Western Australia, might seek a mid-century modern home after her recent trip to Palm Springs, the home of the architectural movement.
“After seeing so many photos, I needed to see Palm Springs with my own eyes,” she told her 278,000 followers. “She didn’t disappoint, well and truly, every bit the palm tree dotted mid-century modernism, architectural dream I had envisioned,” Cooke posted.
The couple got engaged in Hawaii, having met over 15 Margaritas. “We are not traditional so are just planning a huge party for 2020, a day to celebrate love with all your favourite people,” Cooke, who runs swimwear label Cooke & Kin, said.
