The Truslan Group’s newest north shore project, a boutique 27-townhome development in Artarmon, to be known as Trésor, is about to be launched to the market.
The $69 million project, created by Allen Jack + Cottier Architects and the TURNER design practice, will comprise 13 three-bedroom and 14 four-bedroom townhomes.

Treasure trove of history hits the market
It is to be built on a prime site at 2-10 Milner Rd, Artarmon.
Truslan’s managing director Steven Xue said off-the-plan buyers would be offered a new level of options, with detailed bespoke options across floorplans, as well as interior detailing and appliances.
“We believe it is indeed unusual for a developer to encourage this unprecedented level of customisations when launching off the plan, making Tresor a rare opportunity,” he said.
“The process of being able to work directly with the buyer to provide greater levels of customisation is a unique opportunity for us.”
Truslan is a prolific developer across the north shore, with projects to date worth an estimated $430 million.
These include both townhome and apartment developments such as Aspira in Gordon, Prologue in St Leonards, Allure in Ryde and an upcoming development in Lindfield.
Trésor will offer house-like spaces with flexible floorplans, and have been created to appeal to a variety of buyers, from families to discerning executives and downsizers.
David Chittenden, Director, Project Marketing Residential, Colliers International, said the homes were expected to be very popular.
“Indeed, townhomes have evolved significantly in recent years and are no longer the poor cousin of the quarter-acre block, in fact we find many buyers now prefer them to a stand-alone home,” he said.
“Busy professionals, families and downsizers are not looking for large gardens to maintain and want less maintenance in general, and coupled with the fact that people still like buying a piece of land, it is an attractive proposition for many.
“There are very few townhome developments selling off-the-plan in the lower north shore so this makes Tresor a unique opportunity.
“Buyers recently have had to sacrifice the size of their home in order to live closer to desirable amenity and public transport. We believe that Tresor is therefore a perfect option to consider with its strong connectivity without having to sacrifice the size of the home.”
