However despite it being a hidden gem, Werrina Pde it is the most expensive street in Blue Bay when it comes to real estate, referred to as ‘millionaire’s row’.

The most expensive sales in the little beach town belong to 36 and 2 Werrina Pde, which both sold for $3.5 million.

The property at 41A Werrina Pde has a price guide of $2.25 million to 2.5 million.
