Listing agent Jenna Pollard of RE/MAX Junee currently has a guide of $789,000 on the property and had it sold in the middle of the last year before the prospective buyer backed out.

“It’s really a beautiful experience to stay there,” she said.

“The gardens are phenomenal and there isn’t any others like this so it’s really unique.”

The vendors have owned the property for eight years and transformed it over that time, creating different rooms for guests to stay, including a Paris room, a royal room and of course the converted Albert Rail train carriage.

The property can be used as a bed and breakfast or could be enjoyed as one property, with the kitchen having an original stove, granite benches and walk-in pantry.

Ms Pollard has recently adjusted the price guide, hoping to grab the attention of buyers and take advantage of improved market sentiment in Sydney.

Junee is growing and there has been an expansion of the town with an influx in the population.”
