Sonia Kruger’s $18.5m mansion for sale
Gold Logie award-winning presenter Sonia Kruger and her partner Craig McPherson have listed their exclusive home with an $18.5m plus guide.
Gold Logie award-winning presenter Sonia Kruger and her partner Craig McPherson are taking advantage of a surge of prestige buyers by relaunching their Mosman home and hoping for a $18.5m plus sale.
Nine years ago, Sonia and Craig moved from the upper north shore to Mosman paying $6.475m for a house on the coveted Balmoral Slopes.
They engaged Corben Architects to help them redesign the home and undergo a multi-million dollar renovation and rebuild, adding another level yielding huge Sydney Harbour views.
The tri-level project was interrupted by Covid, however it went on to win an MBA award in 2022.

The luxury five-bedroom, four-bathroom property now has a wet-edge infinity swimming pool, studio, internal lift and separate guest quarters.
It was quietly offered for sale in March this year by Michael Coombs of Atlas but the house is now being formally launched to market.
Michael said there has been a bit of a surge of high-end buyers and it made sense to showcase the prestige property and capture the pre-Christmas rush.
“There seems to be a surge before Christmas and I am seeing 18-20 groups through open houses at that high prestige end, above $10m,” he said.
Even on the day of launch Michael was fielding a dozen enquiries on the award-winning home.

The home is a stroll to Balmoral beach and close to Mosman village.
It is believed that the couple have enjoyed the rebuild renovation experience and are looking to do it again.
