Snoop Dogg is dropping his Georgia mansion like it’s hot for an insane price.

The rapper purchased the six-bedroom Douglasville residence in 2021 for $US458,000, just two months after it was listed for $US449,999.

The “What’s My Name?” singer added the home to his impressive real estate portfolio, which includes a sprawling home in Diamond Bar, California, as well as three other California properties.

According to Realtor, Snoop, whose real name is Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., has listed the property for $US575,000 ($A886,000).

Located in the Holly Hills subdivision, the brick house sits back from the road for extra privacy.

The listing photos reveal a residence unlike anything one might expect from the rapper, suggesting that he has never actually resided in the property.

The dwelling is decorated in clean, neutral tones, with white walls and wooden accents throughout.

Snoop purchased the property to be closer to his biological father bizarrely, never lived in it.

His father, Vernell Varnado, lists Douglasville as his location on his Facebook page.

Listing agent Francheska Portuondo, of eXp Realty LLC told Realtor the house could serve as the perfect base for a multigenerational family.

“It’s a huge home with six bedrooms and an in-law suite with movie theatre and exercise room on the lower level,” she said. “There is also access out to the backyard from here.”

An open floor plan boasts a grand two-storey entry, which leads to a light-filled living room with a vaulted ceiling and a fireplace.

Also found on the main level are a spacious kitchen with an island and pantry closet, a formal dining room, a primary suite, and a guest suite.

“The primary suite is huge,” Ms Portuondo noted. “It has tray ceilings, two closets, and a large sitting area.

“The bathroom has separate vanities along with a soaking tub and shower.”

Three more bedrooms are located upstairs. Hardwood floors can be found throughout the first floor along with carpet in all of the bedrooms and tile in the four bathrooms.

Ms Portuondo added the home’s location is close to recreational activities.

“There are a couple of parks nearby and a lot of golf courses, so it’s a great spot to get in and out of,” she said.

“There are well-rated schools in town as well, and a lake is close by. Sweetwater Creek State Park has beautiful walking and hiking trails. It’s also 30 minutes to Atlanta.”
